STANDARD GROUND SHIP TIMES LISTED ON MAP BELOW

NOTICE: Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost estimated in the shipping calculator to whatever the actual charges by the carrier are.

Shipping Guarantee:

Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship the same or next business day. Most orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Though we process orders 7 days a week, our carriers only pick up packages Monday through Friday.

Shipping Policy:



All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories require Air Delivery. Please select the Expedited Delivery option during checkout.

Shipping Times:

1) Economy Ground (5-9 Business Days)

We select the most cost-efficient carrier to deliver your order once it's ready to be shipped. Our primary carrier of choice is USPS First Class Mail. In the event your shipping address does not accept postal deliveries, we'll select a different carrier.

2) Standard Ground (Up to 5 Business Days)

Your order will ship by our primary carriers of choice, either USPS or FEDEX. Orders shipping to a PO Box will be sent via USPS.

3) Expedited (5-10 Business Days)

We will select our preferred method of expedited ground delivery to ensure delivery within 5-10 business days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
1) Air Mail (Canada)- Typically 5-10 business days delivery time. Most Canadian orders will ship by U.S. Postal Air Mail service (typically 7 day delivery time). Cages will ship by UPS Ground service. 
2) Air Mail (Outside the US & Canada)- Typically 5-10 business days delivery time.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS:
Please verify that your shipping address is correct BEFORE finalizing your order. Also review your order information when your order confirmation and invoice are emailed to you after ordering. Incorrect addresses may result in undelivered packages or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. USPS does not allow address changes during transit, if your item has already shipped you will be responsible for that item and shipping. If your item was shipped FEDEX and the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a $10.00 charge will be assessed. This charge is assessed by FEDEX, and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.
